- Job Responsibilities
Perform the duties as a limousine dispatcher according to the Limousine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Oversees and assign jobs to drivers based on queue list through Limousine Dispatch System (LDS)
• Ensuring all guests’ special requests are met, booking details are correct before dispatching out to drivers.
• Rationale the vehicles for any ad-hoc requests and assign vehicle accordingly
• Monitor all drivers’ movements during their shifts
• Able to forecast current day’s vehicle requirements and activate or stand down outsource disposal fleet based on operational demands.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines and procedures
Perform the duties as a limousine coordinator according to the Limousine SOPs
• Generate and update daily reports
• Coordinate limousine booking requests, inquiries; handle emails and phone calls
• Perform posting of limousine charges to guest’s entitlements or various payment modes using Point of Sale (POS) machine
• Ensure that all completed jobs are correctly charged and posted, and their check numbers are updated in our Limousine Booking System
• Collate and update external vendors daily on bookings for any services that we may require from them, such as coach services or airport meet & greet services
• Perform administrative duties as requested such as filing of reports
• Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines and procedures
• Perform any ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management
- Job Requirements
Education & Certification
• Certificate in Hospitality Operations or related field preferred
Experience
• Experience working in hotel operations is preferred.
• Experience working in a service and hospitality industry will be an advantage
• Prior customer service experience or in the same capacity is an advantage
Other Prerequisites
• Service-oriented and a good team player
• Good command of spoken English. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• IT proficient, comfortable using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Google Maps
• Pleasant personality with excellent listening skills
• Able to work independently
• Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Familiar with Singapore roads, Hotel locations, places of interest, entertainment and F&B outlets and residential areas
• Familiar with all Airport and Ferry terminals in Singapore
• Willing to work various shifts, including mornings and afternoons, as well as on public holidays
