Our client, in the services sector, is currently looking for a Regional HR and Admin Manager to join their dynamic team.
The Role
The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with global business objectives while overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement. Ensuring compliance with labor laws in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan, as well as international HR standards, is critical. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, mediating disputes, and fostering a positive work environment. The position requires collaboration with global HR teams to drive international projects, providing guidance to managers on talent management, succession planning, and organizational development, and leveraging HR analytics for data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the role involves partnering with external vendors and stakeholders, such as government agencies and recruitment firms, to support HR objectives.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and possess at least 7 years of HR experience, including 3 years in an international HR role. A strong understanding of employment laws in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Japan, along with familiarity with global HR practices, is essential. Experience working in a multinational corporation or regional HR role is highly preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required to effectively engage with diverse teams, along with a proven ability to drive HR initiatives and manage change in a dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges are critical, while HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, IHRP) are considered a plus.
