Job Summary:

We are looking for a HR cum Finance Executive / Accounts cum HR Officer to oversee both financial and HR operations in our F&B business. This role is responsible for payroll processing, financial reporting, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting Duties:

  • Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage payroll processing, including salary computation, CPF contributions, and tax submissions.
  • Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payments.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial audits.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.

HR & Administrative Duties:

  • Handle recruitment, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage employee records, contracts, work passes, and leave applications.
  • Process staff benefits, claims, and performance appraisals.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, MOM regulations, and workplace policies.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Oversee general office administration, including procurement and vendor management.
  • Support employee engagement and workplace safety initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in finance/accounting and HR administration, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and payroll systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF, and tax regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
