
HR cum Finance Executive / Accounts cum HR Officer | F&B | 5 Days | Suntec
Job Summary:
We are looking for a HR cum Finance Executive / Accounts cum HR Officer to oversee both financial and HR operations in our F&B business. This role is responsible for payroll processing, financial reporting, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting Duties:
- Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements.
- Manage payroll processing, including salary computation, CPF contributions, and tax submissions.
- Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payments.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial audits.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for business operations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
HR & Administrative Duties:
- Handle recruitment, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage employee records, contracts, work passes, and leave applications.
- Process staff benefits, claims, and performance appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, MOM regulations, and workplace policies.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Oversee general office administration, including procurement and vendor management.
- Support employee engagement and workplace safety initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in finance/accounting and HR administration, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and payroll systems.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF, and tax regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
