Job Description:

Casual Hiring

The officer will handle the full spectrum of casual officer hiring. Duties include:

  • Liaison between hiring divisions and manpower agencies
  • Keeping track of hiring requests
  • Facilitate onboarding and outboarding of casual officers
  • Monitor the contract expiry of casual officers
  • Verification of monthly billing reports

Recruitment, Contract Management and Offboarding:

  • You will support the team in the recruitment process such as job posting, shortlisting applications, arranging interviews, administering written test and following up with candidates on required documents.
  • You will manage the offboarding process such as ensuring exit checklists are completed before officers leave.
  • You will support the team in tracking employee contracts.

You will undertake any other work as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • Prior HR experience is preferred.
  • Stakeholders (internal and external) management.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel
  • Diploma / degree holder

Work Arrangement:

  • Contract Period: 3 months (extendable)
  • Salary: $2800 - $4100 (based on experience)
  • Location: Hill Street
  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6pm; Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
