  • Represent the firm in advising clients on matters relating to contracts, design and authority compliance;
  • Supervision and management of applications for planning and building control departments;
  • Specifying the nature and quality of materials required;
  • Preparing tender documents for contracts;
  • Administration of contracts;
  • Project management and coordination;
  • Making site visits to monitor progress and workmanship;
  • Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction;
  • Meet project schedules and maintain high standards.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): architecture, design, project management
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
