Job responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of monthly and quarterly forecasts, as well as budget planning and analysis at the Group level for senior stakeholder reporting.
  • Develop forecast and budget presentations, including key assumptions, trend analysis, and potential scenarios for senior stakeholder review.
  • Manage performance measurement reporting process.
  • Lead functional optimisation and collaborate with cross functional teams for improvement initiatives
  • Support finance system enhancements and implementations.
  • Other adhoc duties assigned to meet organizational requirements.

Qualifications and Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in finance and accounting, with focus in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and perform effectively both independently and within a team.
  • A hands-on individual with eye for details.
  • Proficient understanding of ERP tool would be an advantage
