Job responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of monthly and quarterly forecasts, as well as budget planning and analysis at the Group level for senior stakeholder reporting.
- Develop forecast and budget presentations, including key assumptions, trend analysis, and potential scenarios for senior stakeholder review.
- Manage performance measurement reporting process.
- Lead functional optimisation and collaborate with cross functional teams for improvement initiatives
- Support finance system enhancements and implementations.
- Other adhoc duties assigned to meet organizational requirements.
Qualifications and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in finance and accounting, with focus in financial planning and analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and perform effectively both independently and within a team.
- A hands-on individual with eye for details.
- Proficient understanding of ERP tool would be an advantage
