- Attractive Basic Salary: From $3500 Per Month

- Full-Time Permanent Role – 5-Day Work Week, 44 Hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, employee records management, and benefits administration.
- Assisting in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines to ensure compliance with labour laws.
- Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and adherence to employment regulations.
- Supporting talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and liaising with hiring managers.
- Assisting in performance management processes, such as appraisals, employee training, and development programs.
- Organizing employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs to foster a positive and motivated workplace culture.
- Handling general HR administrative duties, including office supplies procurement, HR documentation management, and addressing employee inquiries.
- Ensuring strict compliance with local labour laws and company policies, maintaining confidentiality in all HR matters.
Key Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and payroll processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR Payroll Infotech software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
