Our client is a distinguished F&B company renowned for its Michelin-starred restaurant. They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin Executive with strong organizational skills and HR expertise to join their team.

  • Attractive Basic Salary: From $3500 Per Month
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Work From Home)
  • Full-Time Permanent Role – 5-Day Work Week, 44 Hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, employee records management, and benefits administration.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines to ensure compliance with labour laws.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and adherence to employment regulations.
  • Supporting talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and liaising with hiring managers.
  • Assisting in performance management processes, such as appraisals, employee training, and development programs.
  • Organizing employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs to foster a positive and motivated workplace culture.
  • Handling general HR administrative duties, including office supplies procurement, HR documentation management, and addressing employee inquiries.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with local labour laws and company policies, maintaining confidentiality in all HR matters.

Key Requirement:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and payroll processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR Payroll Infotech software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
