- Operational Excellence: Drive and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across ShopeePay business.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in workflows and implement solutions to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish and analyze key operational and business metrics to generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with BD, product, finance, and local operations teams to align business goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure operational processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.
- Project Management: Lead and execute regional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic priorities with senior management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in operations, project management and process improvement, preferably in a bank/financial services/technology/e-commerce industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to generate insights and develop actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate among cross-functional, multi-country teams
- Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple and complex projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- High energy, self-motivated, thrives in a dynamic start-up environment
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools is a plus
