  • Operational Excellence: Drive and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across ShopeePay business.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in workflows and implement solutions to enhance productivity and service quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in operations, project management and process improvement, preferably in a bank/financial services/technology/e-commerce industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to generate insights and develop actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate among cross-functional, multi-country teams
  • Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple and complex projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • High energy, self-motivated, thrives in a dynamic start-up environment
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools is a plus
