Accounts Manager cum Admin
Salary : $3500 - $5000

Job Description:
Accounting Functions
Primary duties:
. Check records and do client billing.
. Assist in daily accounting works.
· Process payment and verify purchase orders, invoices,etc.
· Prepare invoice and statement of accounts at month end
. Process claims and monitor and follow up on payment collection
. CPF computation and submission.
. preparation & submission of Quarterly GST
. Receive and distributes office mails.
. Handle a full Set of Accounts.
· Familiar with IR8A, IR21 and other regular statutory submission required by MOM.
· Maintain petty cash
· Assist in month-end closing activities to ensure tally with financial statement.
· Perform monthly AR & Bank reconciliations statement.
· Filing , scanning and proper record keeping of correspondences and other relevant documents.
. Other admin duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least O/A Level and techincal qualifications or Diploma in Accounting
Proficient in MS Office, experience in handling and CPF.
Prefer to have working experience in Construction/Process Sector
Have experience in general administrative or secretariat support
Good interpersonal and strong communication skills to liaise with associates
