Job Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Commercial and Business Process teams to implement new & existing Sales Initiatives in the country
  • Identify administrative processes within the Country Sales Organisation and work together
    with the Regional Sales Operations Team to standardize and outsource these activities.
  • Train new Sales People in basic Sales Processes and CRM processes.
  • Proactively advocate and improve CRM Data Quality.
  • Analyse Weekly / monthly sales data (Pipeline, Volumes, GP Return on Cost) and highlight need for action.
  • Support Governance of Country Sales Incentive Plans including audit and review of Bonus & Commission payments.
  • Support sales target setting process for Individuals within the country.
  • Prepare management updates and reports for the Regional Sales Leadership Team.
  • Support Sales Team while working on bids and submitting their proposals
  • Work on ad-hoc requests by the sales team (e.g. sending out Quotations)

Job Requirement:

  • At least 3 years experience in sales and in Freight Fowarding or related field
