NPO Team Lead
Key Tasks and activities:
Plans, delivers and executes technical activities to provides services directly and indirectly to Nokia internal and external customers.
- Responsible for design, planning and optimization of Nokia Products 4G & 5G planning, optimization, and acceptance
- Ensures that deliverables and met and optimised to the Nokia Standard KPIs which have been agreed upon with our Customers.
- Coordination with implementation and field teams during activity if required
- Understand customer's requirements and take the lead to provide appropriate response with solution and recommendation
- Prepare and deliver technical network design & Quality as definded in the customer contract
- Plan according to technical network design
- Perform acceptance tests with customer as required
- Ability to lead NPO team related to planning & optimization work. These may include complex problem solving in projects with performance requirements and multi-vendor environment.
- NPO team lead to get customer acceptance approved and sign by customer.
- Team lead for group of NPO engineers to deliver the assign NPO tasks in the project.
- Actively shares key learnings and project documentation within own technical community
- Strong contributor and ability to share competence knowledge transfer within internal and customer team
Job Requirements (skills, competencies, etc.)
Works typically in several technology areas with intermediate to advanced skill level or with one technology area at an advanced skill level. Task scope includes and not limited to: -
- Coaches others on NPO technical both design and Optimization.
- Network design / Optimization with latest Nokia SW/HW Release i.e 24R3.
- KPI Monitoring and KPI reporting to customer
- Strong 4G/5G NPO technical knowledge
- Good communication skills, internal and external
- Ability to manage team members and subcon
- Good in technical customer presentation.
- Flexible and capable to work in demanding environment to meet customer expectations
- 5+ years’ experience in 4G and in 5G Network Planning and Optimization
