We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to oversee the daily operations of a student-focused care environment. The role involves shaping and delivering engaging programmes that support student development while ensuring smooth operations, team performance, and positive parent relationships.
Key Areas of Focus
Operational Oversight
- Lead and manage daily centre activities, ensuring routines run smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate staff scheduling and resource use, balancing daily demands with long-term planning.
- Maintain strict adherence to operational standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Programme Leadership
- Work with the team to develop and roll out activities and enrichment sessions tailored to the needs of students.
- Introduce and refresh learning themes and activities that foster well-rounded growth.
- Review the effectiveness of programmes through feedback and outcomes tracking.
Student Well-Being
- Partner with families and external parties where needed to support students who may require additional attention.
- Ensure the environment remains nurturing, inclusive, and safe for all students.
Team Development
- Lead by example to foster a cohesive, motivated team environment.
- Support team members’ professional growth with regular check-ins and identifying training opportunities.
- Provide clear guidance and encourage open communication and teamwork.
Budget & Resource Management
- Keep track of operational budgets, ensuring resources are well-utilized without overspending.
Continuous Growth & Improvement
- Contribute to brainstorming and implementation of new ideas to enhance centre activities and potentially support future expansions.
