- Visitor Management: Monitor and direct visitors to the appropriate floor levels, ensuring that all visitors are properly signed in.
- Organizing and Maintaining Lobby Area: Ensure that the front lobby and reception area are clean, organised, and welcoming at all times.
- Providing Information: Offer information on preschool policies, events, and general enquiries about the programmes offered.
- Assist with Deliveries: Receive and distribute packages or mail for the school, ensuring items are forwarded to the correct staff members or classrooms.
