NURTURE SPECIALIST (KINDERGARTEN & ELEMENTARY)
An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Nurture Specialist to join our growing Inclusive Education and Therapy Team. The successful candidate will have a passion for inclusion and supporting all students to meet their individual potential. They will work across the Kindergarten and Elementary School to provide social-emotional and behavioural support. They will also be part of our wider team developing inclusive provisions and therapies.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a growing team in an inclusive international school. You will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from on-site professionals including Speech & Language, Occupational Therapy and Learning Support Specialists.
Position requirements:
- Experience working in a school setting for a minimum of 3 years.
- Ability to communicate with diverse learner populations, parents and faculty.
- Due to the nature of the role, candidates with a background in schools and/or Teaching are preferred.
- Experience in an International School setting is preferred, but not essential.
- Experience supporting English as an Additional Language (EAL) learners is preferred.
- Good references on request.
Qualifications:
- A minimum Degree in Counselling, Psychology or a related field is required.
- Counselling certification is required.
- Candidates with a Master's in Counselling or related field would be preferred.
