
Admin Executive (Customer Service)
Job Scope:
1. Draft replies for these appeals against parking fines for supervisor's approval/sending
2. For parking fines that is pending court action, search for motorist' contact details by doing various backend system checks and / or contacting the motorist's company to get the motorist's contact information
3. Check our systems for the motorist's parking offence history and its details (eg: date, time and location of these offences), and past correspondences
4. Search and liaise with different agencies/ companies to obtain motorist contact details
5. Call motorists with outstanding parking fines pending court action once obtained from various sources to explain details of their outstanding parking fines
6. Find out reasons behind them for not paying up their outstanding parking fines, which involves understanding their financial situation
7. Discuss and work out feasible solutions with an agreed instalment plan to clear their outstanding parking fines
8. Update records on the solutions offered to these motorists
9. Monitor prompt payment of the payment plan offered to these motorists
10. To engage motorist who have difficulties settling their fines on the amount of fees (i.e. clamping, towing, storage fees) and outstanding fines payable or any other arrangement to allow the vehicle to be released from clamp/pound.
11. Ensure that the correct amount is paid by the driver and liaise with service provider to release the vehicle
