Title: Office Manager
Company Overview
· CSAPL (Singapore) Holdings Pte Ltd is an investment holding company under the Lotus Singapore Group Family Office;
· The Family Office has several investments in Asia and Europe in the soft drinks, energy drinks sectors, luxury goods, real estate and equity markets;
Responsibilities
· Liase with service providers (accountants, corporate secretaries, etc.) to make sure all statutory requirements are complied with within the mandated deadlines
· Maintain company records (physical and virtual) and liase with third parties to submit any administrative documents as needed (so long as confidentiality of said documents is not breached and compliance with data protection regulations is met)
· Coordinate board meetings and ensure proper records of minutes
· Track payroll and ensure salaries to executives in the group companies are paid on time (including coordinating any CPF or any other contributions)
· Liase with bankers and organise payments if instructed
· All job responsibilities are to be held for all group companies in the family office
· Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by company or family office.
Requirements
· Degree/Diploma holder in business administrative or related disciplines;
· 3 – 5 years relevant working experience; Ideally in an entrepreneurial/start-up set up or investment management set up;
· Flexible, multi-tasking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
· Independent, strong administration, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight schedules;
· Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details and analytical mindset;
· Self-starter, proactive and with can do attitude
