Job Description

Position Title: Drafter/ Façade Designer
Working Location: Admiralty
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm), Alternate Saturday (9am – 1pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent



Key Responsibilities

Interpret architectural blueprints and create detailed design plans using AutoCAD and BIM software.
Prepare shop drawings and generate cutting lists to support projects requirements.
Collaborate with engineers to draft and execute drawings, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Review engineering drawings for compliance with specifications and design standards.
Update and revise drawings as needed, reflecting changes in project specifications.
Maintain organized archives of all drawings in both digital and physical formats.
Other necessary tasks as required

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within Aluminium industry.
Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Good proficiency with using AutoCAD and BIM.
Strong attention to detail.
