Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the construction site team, managing daily operations, and ensuring that the project is progressing according to the planned schedule, quality standards, and budget
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that all necessary materials, equipment, and manpower are available for uninterrupted progress
  • Ensure that all site activities comply with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure they comply with design specifications, contract terms, and relevant regulations
  • Manage site-related costs, ensuring the project stays within the approved budget
  • Conduct regular safety audits, and risk assessments, and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and incidents on-site
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Minimum of 5 year’s experience in projects and site management in the local construction industry.

· Shall be able to manage and lead the Projects Team and have proven experience in construction projects planning

· Prefer with LTA & PUB project experience
