- Position : Accounts Executive (AR & AP) - Up to $3,000 - Changi Airfreight
- Location : Changi Airfreight (With WFH Flexibility to be discussed)
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 5.30PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Transport Allowance

Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Generate and send invoices to customers promptly.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain an updated AR aging report and escalate overdue payments when necessary.
Accounts Payable (AP)
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Verify and reconcile supplier statements.
- Prepare payment runs and ensure proper authorization.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and AP transactions.
General Administration & Finance Support
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and monthly financial closing activities.
- Support administrative functions, including data entry, filing, and report generation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for finance-related matters.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Accounts
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AR/AP functions, preferably in a logistics or freight forwarding environment
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
