Our Operations Excellence team is responsible in ensure that the projects that we oversee are operating in line with our established processes and procedures. We conduct audits and prepare reports to ensure that all our teams are working in sync with one another, and bring up potential issues to the attention of those responsible.
The candidate will be required to inspect multiple areas of a building, have a keen eye for detail, and have a holistic understanding of administrative, M&E, and customer experience in relation to the facilities management industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform site audits across the projects we manage, administers surveys, and prepare working papers that are aligned with internal audit standard
- Analyse how risks can be mitigated, and identify the root cause of related issues
- Communicates the audit findings via written reports to the site manager, which includes highlighting areas for improvement and recommendations for bridging performance gaps
- Other ad-hoc duties relating to office facilities, and office administration (as and when necessary)
Requirements
- Technical knowledge of M&E
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Attention to detail, high level of accuracy and problem-solving skill
- Good writing skills
- Strong organisational, analytical, and planning skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Exercise discretion and sound judgment

As our Facilities Management Property Executive (M&E), you’ll be the go-to person for all things related to the upkeep and optimization of facilities under your care. You’ll oversee maintenance, regulatory compliance, and safety, ensuring every corner of our building operates smoothly and efficiently. This role offers a blend of hands-on oversight, strategy, and sustainability focus, helping our team create a safe, sustainable, and welcoming environment.
What you will be doing:
- Overseeing facility maintenance and repair activities, upholding high standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
- Conducting regular inspections of M&E equipment to maintain optimal service levels.
- Managing and renewing service contracts, licenses, and permits, ensuring they remain current and compliant.
- Proposing improvements, repairs, and upgrades to enhance building functionality and efficiency.
- Coordinating and supervising contractor performance, ensuring timely, high-quality service.
- Implementing energy-saving and water conservation initiatives to align with our sustainability goals.
- Leading risk management, emergency planning, and workplace safety initiatives.
- Preparing monthly reports, attending client meetings, and providing updates on facility operations.
What we’re looking for someone who’s:
- Holding a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- Bringing at least 5 years of experience in property management / facilities maintenance / equipment management.
- Green Mark and FSM certified candidates are highly preferred.
- Skilled in customer service, with strong communication abilities.
- Knowledgeable about complex technical issues related to building maintenance and eager to propose innovative solutions.
