We are looking for an experienced Implementation Specialist to collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that address business needs. You will manage complex implementations, serve as a trusted advisor, and facilitate communication between key stakeholders like Sales, Partners, and Customer Success. Your role will involve designing custom solutions, handling API integrations, and driving the onboarding process to ensure long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define, design, and implement customized solutions using monday.com Work OS.
- Support pre-sales initiatives by offering technical expertise, developing proof-of-concepts, and providing post-sale implementation services.
- Plan and manage customer onboarding, including complex API integrations, data migrations, custom scripting, and user management.
- Design sophisticated solutions using monday.com’s APIs, app framework, and integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Integromat).
- Enhance workflows with low-code/no-code tools to extend the capabilities of monday.com.
- Serve as a project manager for small to medium-sized projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, customer goals, and deliverables.
- Act as a customer advocate, providing feedback to product teams to improve platform functionality.
- Lead end-user training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance customer engagement and platform adoption.
- Collaborate with enterprise customers to define and implement solutions that meet their unique business needs and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.
Requirements:
- Degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, particularly in technical customer success, implementation management, professional services consulting, or technical project management, with a focus on complex product implementations.
- Expertise in designing and delivering technical solutions for enterprise customers, especially in the onboarding and implementation of software platforms.
- Strong knowledge of APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) and hands-on experience with integration platforms like Unito, Zapier, Integromat, or Workato.
- Proficiency in Java/Python coding; familiarity with React is a plus.
- Proven project management skills, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with SSO/SAML/AD identity authentication protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to interact with customers.
- Empathy, a positive attitude, and high energy are key traits for success in this role.
