- 15+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Change Management, preferably in the investment, financial services, or professional services sector.
- Proven experience leading change management initiatives to drive organizational transformation, including ability to influence senior executives and drive large-scale change initiatives.
- Strong project management skills to drive multiple organizational initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive OD strategies and decision-making.
- Strong understanding of organization design principles and methodologies.
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
