We are looking for self-driven and passionate individuals to join us as an Experience Specialist to constantly deliver exceptional experience to clients througout their journeys with us.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an excellent client experience at initial contact and act as a liaison between them and the Insurance Specialists
  • Ensure smooth transition from initial contact to formal insurance advisory services, which include assisting in fact-finding and scheduling
  • Articulate insurance concepts in a clear manner, tailoring communication to the client's level of understanding and financial literacy
  • Nurturing leads and addressing clients' inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with Insurance Specialists and Operations to provide holistic support in insurance advisory process
  • Support in insurance policy servicing
  • Ensure timely follow up and service delivery
  • Liaise with insurers pertaining to client's policy administration
  • Support in other duties as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will be someone who:

  • Is passionate about client experience and solving clients' concerns
  • Possesses a good understanding of insurance products and services is preferred
  • Is driven, tenacious and possesses a strong sense of work ethics
  • Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills to listen and talk to clients
  • Has a diploma in any discipline
  • Has prior working experience in a similar role would be an advantage
