
Project Engineer cum Planner
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop projects objectives by reviewing project proposals and plan; conferring with management
2. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress and coordinating activities.
3. Provide the direction in construction planning as assigned, coordinate works with sub-contractors, client and Consultants
4. Prepares project status reports by collecting, analysing, summarizing information and trends, highlight quality issues and anticipated problems.
5. To assist Project Manager on project planning & monitoring of progress schedule
6. To organize, implement and maintain scheduling management system supporting the team during the project.
7. To coordination with others subcontractors on schedule planning.
8. To produce baseline schedule (time and resources) for design, submission, procurement, fabrication, testing, installation and inspections.
9. Preparation, monitor, maintain and update schedule with design/construction team and coordinate with others subcontractors.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
2. Minimum Experience : 2 - 4 years related experience
3. Good Knowledge of construction standard operating procedure and proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
4. Able to perform project schedule on PRIMAVERA and Microsoft project.
5. Knowledge in Civil & Structural design and analysis
6. Familiar with planning or structural works in Building with basement
7. Applicants must be willing to be relocated to our various project sites.
