Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to deliver business benefits aligned with scope and objectives.
- Oversee the portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with business benefits, success criteria, and defined governance structures.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and engagement across all levels of the organization.
- Define, manage, and report financials, ensuring the successful completion of all projects within budget.
- Work closely with leadership to integrate Organizational Change Management (OCM) into the governance strategy and planning.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute complex projects efficiently and with a sense of urgency.
- Establish and manage change control methods, ensuring operational execution and compliance across teams.
- Ensure continuous improvement across service delivery models, adapting to the evolving landscape of the service industry.
- Create and deliver executive-level reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress, risks, and milestones.
- Mentor and provide guidance to Project Managers and team members to achieve optimal productivity and high-quality deliverables.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financials, ensuring alignment with targets and expectations.
- Lead program review sessions and act as the primary customer contact, addressing cost, schedule, and performance issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of program management experience, particularly in IT and application migrations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects, including financial oversight and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills with a focus on driving results and overcoming challenges.
- Experience with ITIL, Organizational Change Management (OCM), Agile methodologies, and cloud-based application services.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and Salesforce CRM, PPM tools, ServiceNow, and supply chain processes is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in sales/business development is a plus.
