  • Create and deliver executive-level reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress, risks, and milestones.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to Project Managers and team members to achieve optimal productivity and high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financials, ensuring alignment with targets and expectations.
  • Lead program review sessions and act as the primary customer contact, addressing cost, schedule, and performance issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of program management experience, particularly in IT and application migrations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects, including financial oversight and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills with a focus on driving results and overcoming challenges.
  • Experience with ITIL, Organizational Change Management (OCM), Agile methodologies, and cloud-based application services.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and Salesforce CRM, PPM tools, ServiceNow, and supply chain processes is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in sales/business development is a plus.
