The Deals Advisory team

Our team supports corporate and private equity clients through a pragmatic approach that unlocks value from a transaction. We support clients from wherever they are in the deal process be it deal strategy, due diligence, valuations or post-merger integration.

We are a growing team of dedicated professionals that embrace the adrenaline that comes with each deal. Our team members learn and grow in an environment that blends structured approaches with flexibility, enabling our people to continuously adapt and develop into trusted deal advisors.

Responsibilities

  • Populating of data and financial information for analysis
  • Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
  • Assist in researching technical accounting issues to evaluate implications on transaction valuation and structuring
  • Perform industry and company research utilising online tools and publicly available information

Qualifications and requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or other relevant fields
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Conversant with Microsoft applications, especially with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to think on your feet
  • Open to learning and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial mind set and business acumen
  • Able to start work in April 2025
