  • Working hours : Monday - Friday 08.30am – 5.30pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders in the ERP system and coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams.
  • Customer Communication: Ensure timely communication with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and documentation.
  • Customer & Sales Team Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Agency Coordination: Act as a point of contact for agencies, ensuring smooth order processing and documentation.
  • Administrative & Reporting Tasks: Maintain proper documentation, assist in preparing reports and sales presentations, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Other ad-hoc activities assigned

Requirements:

  • Min 1 year of relevant experience
  • Able to understand Incoterms, Freight Forwarding knowledge
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
