Responsibilities
- Regularly assess, track, and update on-site construction progress and schedules in collaboration with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Take ownership of assigned project tasks while working closely with engineers, project owners, and subcontractors/suppliers.
- Oversee coordination with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality assurance, and adherence to safety standards.
- Handle the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BQ) materials, process PTW work permit applications, and submit necessary engineering documentation and technical drawings as required by the project.
- Interpret, analyze, and review general arrangement (GA) drawings, schematic layouts, and process flow diagrams (PFDs).
- Create basic isometric drawings or P&ID layouts using AutoCAD 2D software.
- Support the Project Manager in overseeing, monitoring, and managing project execution, timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Ensure compliance with quality control measures and Health & Safety regulations, aligning with client and company policies.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in Chemical Distribution Systems, Waste Chemical Systems, or Slurry Systems for wafer fabrication is an advantage.
- Strong technical proficiency in ultra-pure piping (UHP), tubing components, fittings installation, and cleanroom utilities integration for Chemical & Waste Chemical Distribution, Slurry Chemical, Bulk & Specialty Gas, Exhaust, UPW, and Drain systems.
- Skilled in AutoCAD, and min. 1 year of relevant experience in Microelectronics, Semiconductor, Cleanroom Factory Automation, or Basebuild Fab construction is preferred.
