  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Supervise and direct Asst. Concierge and Bell staff and activities. Able to provide guests with prompt service, professional attention and personal recognition
  • Provide information pertaining to all hotel services, local places of interests, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing tours and any other information likely to be of the interest to guests
  • Ensure a “welcoming sense of arrival” and demonstrate a “sincere farewell” while also ensuring the lobby, driveway, and Concierge area’s appearance reflect highly on the hotel and Company
  • Trained on systems, security, and service and quality standards in accordance with the Brand Standards
  • Maintains adequate supply of operational tools, stationery etc

What We Need From You

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Great communication skills. Must speak fluent English and local language with other additional languages preferred
  • At least 4 years experience in an upscale hotel/equivalent environment as a Concierge or related discipline
  • Membership of Les Clefs dÓr preferable
  • Computer literate (excel, word, office)
  • Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds
