- The Site HSES Supervisor assists and advises the Site HSES Manager concerning all HSES issues on sites.
- During construction and commissioning, Site HSES Supervisor supervises and coordinates all site HSES efforts and activities with contractor/subcontractor to ensure site HSES requirements are all well implemented at site.
- Nomination for a particular project shall be in line with local legal requirements.
- Implement the HSES Management System at site, including HSES Plan, Emergency Response Plan, Security Plan etc. and continually improve it.
- Follow with all specific construction plans (excavation, scaffolding, lifting etc) that are prepared and validated before activities start.
- Conduct HSES training and ensure the site training plan is well executed.
- Implement JHA and EAI during site activities and regularly update.
- Focus on high-risk activities, develop specific mitigation plans and follow up till closure.
- Contribute and attend site HSES systematic activities, such as HSES meetings, inspections, PTW check, internal audit etc.
- Follow permit to work procedure that is well understood by all personnel at task force and implemented in compliance with the procedure.
- Follow regulatory requirements of occupational health that are fully deployed in all parties on site.
- Report safety events, such as ACT, NM, BSV, PSSE, etc.
- Participant the investigation of site accidents and incidents.
Requirements
- Education: College Level in Technical Field
- Training & Certificate: HSES-related certificate & training courses in HSES field, MOM-WSHC is mandatory
- Working Experience: 8 years of professional HSES experience in the construction and commissioning of Chemical Industry. Experience at ASU will be preferred.
- Foreign Language: English skills in speaking, reading and writing. Can speak or understand other language will be an advantage to communicate well with the manpower working onsite.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Others: local resident willing to work for 6 days a week in the East area of Singapore.
- Available to start immediately.
