  • Assist in execution and origination of investment banking transactions (including M&A and capital markets) within Mining and Energy, as well as Infrastructure
  • Geographical client coverage remit for Asia
  • Participate in marketing efforts, including preparation of presentations
  • Build financial models and prepare valuations
  • Day-to-day tasks in transaction execution
  • Assist with approvals processes and manage internal materials
  • Attend client meetings
Your skills and experience:
  • At least two years of relevant corporate finance experience
  • Working history in at least one vertical within coverage remit
  • Strong quantitative skills including experience with financial models and valuation techniques
  • Highly motivated and self-driven, with ability to multitask and work with transaction teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong interest in relevant sectors and energy transition
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office.
