Key Responsibilities:

  • Shipment Assistance:
  • Prepare, track, and manage shipments to/from the data center (working with carriers like DHL, FedEx).
  • Confirm deliveries and follow up with carriers as needed.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Perform regular inventory checks, maintain and update stock records.
  • Report discrepancies or low stock levels.
  • Device Maintenance & Technical Support:
  • Ensure that installed devices are functioning properly.
  • Assist with device installations and configurations.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues (connectivity, power issues, etc.).
  • General Support & Coordination:
  • Act as the point of contact for on-site support requests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to resolve issues.
