Events Operations and Recruitment Executive
This is a recruitment and operations executive role which primarily focuses on the events industry. We are looking for dynamic individuals who love people, and are able to function in a fast-paced environment.
At Refix, we are looking for someone who comes armed with at least one year of events experiences, as you would be expected to hit the ground running.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, job posting, sourcing, talent engagement, assessment of candidate suitability as well as managing the interview process
- On-site management during events
- Ensure timeline are followed as planned
- Compiling of hours/payrolls/claims and reimbursements
- Project management
- You might also be tasked to take on more complex event management roles and are expected to take the lead when it comes to client liaising
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Min Diploma Holder
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Willing to work irregular hours
- Able to work independently and in a team
- 1-2 years of relevant experiences in the events sector
