Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire Japanese kitchen operation, ensuring authenticity and excellence in all dishes.
- Develop and refine menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and traditional techniques.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold the highest culinary and service standards.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste across all Japanese cuisine offerings.
- Work closely with procurement teams to source premium Japanese ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and hotel operational standards.
- Collaborate with the executive team to enhance guest experiences and drive restaurant success.
- Stay updated on global culinary trends while preserving the integrity of Japanese traditions.
Key Requirements:
- Japanese national with a strong background in traditional Japanese cuisine.
