- Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, promoting collaboration and high performance.
- Support ongoing professional development and training.
- Drive improvements through policy and process enhancement.
6. Business Partnership & Decision Support
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to evaluate financial implications of key decisions.
- Provide actionable financial insights to support both strategic and operational initiatives.
- Assist with pricing models, cost control strategies, and inventory management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 12 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
- Strong hands-on experience with financial reporting, audits, and tax compliance.
- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication skills; capable of conveying complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach across all levels.
- High integrity and keen attention to detail.
