Responsibilities

  • Develop and create engaging long/ short form content for social platforms.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, features, and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and impactful.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, collaborating with marketing and creative teams to align with overall branding and goals.
  • Utilize platform analytics to track performance, monitor engagement, and provide insights to optimize future content.
  • Research and incorporate trending topics, hashtags, and challenges into content strategies to boost reach and engagement.
  • Engage with the community, responding to comments, DMs, and fostering meaningful conversations.
  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators to enhance the brand's reach and impact.
  • Experiment with new formats and creative ideas to drive growth and maintain a fresh and appealing social presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management or content creation, with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or similar social platforms.
  • Work experience in the Web3 industry is required, with experience in social/defi projects will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin(spoken and written) is required
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices in Web3.
  • Creative storytelling skills with the ability to craft content that captures attention and drives engagement.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar apps).
  • Experience analyzing performance metrics and turning insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
