We are pleased to partner a major Transportation player to appoint a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst (circa. $60k annual base excluding bonuses) into their Group/Global HR team. The client is guided by the twin ethos of innovation and sustainability, which trickles down to the way they approach their customers as well as internal workforce. This commitment towards upkeeping and improving people processes explains why they are looking for an adept HR professional who is able to provide advanced subject matter expertise on their HR systems. Based in Singapore, this is an individual contributor role.
Reporting into the Group Rewards Lead, you will take ownership and be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of their multiple HR platforms. This includes the provision of timely support for all users (from onboarding to exit), maintenance of employee records, conducting of testing activities to identify outstanding issues and suggest recommendations for enhancements etc. Geographically, the scope covers Europe, Asia and North Americas, hence the ability to drive consistency while ensuring local nuances are adhered to is key. The provision of payroll support is another cornerstone, which heavily hinges on the system to operationalise.
This successful candidate will ideally possess good understandings of how HR processes are delivered through HR technological tools such as ADP, IHCM, SharePoint etc. Aside from proficiencies in specific systems, the ability to take a bird's eye view of how they function within the broader ecosystem is much sought after. Finally excellent communication skills are pivotal as you will be the internal go-to person for systems issues, with stakeholders spanning multiple countries.
