This is a newly created position and will be a key member of the team, delivering top class corporate secretariat services and ensuring good corporate and governance across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Board registers, coordinate papers, assist with inductions, and draft governance policies.
  • Ensure global compliance, prepare legal documents, and provide secretarial support to subsidiaries.
  • Implement governance requirements, update policies, and manage compliance documentation.
  • Oversee budgets, enhance processes, and provide legal/administrative support to the board.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Accountancy, Law, or ICSA; CPA or SAICSA membership is a plus.
  • 15+ years in corporate secretarial work with expertise in company law and compliance.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills; ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, ethical, and adept at handling confidential matters with a "can-do" attitude.
