To provides administrative and clinical support, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, maintaining records and assisting with basic clinical tasks under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
Administrative Tasks:
Patient Registration: Registering new patients and updating existing patient information.
Scheduling: Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and test results.
Phone and Email Management: Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and relaying messages.
Billing and Payments: Assisting with billing processes, collecting payments, and managing insurance claims.
Supply Management: Ordering and maintaining medical supplies and equipment.
Clinical Tasks (under supervision):
Vital Signs: Taking and recording vital signs (e.g., temperature, blood pressure, pulse).
Patient Preparation: Preparing patients for examinations or procedures.
Assisting with Procedures: Assisting doctors and nurses during medical procedures.
Basic Lab Tests: Performing basic laboratory tests under the supervision of licensed personnel.
Medication Administration: Administering medications under the supervision of a doctor or nurse.
Sterilization: Sterilizing medical equipment.
Cleaning and Hygiene: Maintaining a clean and hygienic clinic environment
Requirements:
Minimum O Level
Minimum 2 years of related work experience
Competence in English, Tamil, Hindi or Bengali is an advantage
Excellent Customer Service Skills
