In addition, the candidate is an avid learner with a keen interest in deepening development skills in MS Office & Power Platform with the objective of implementing automated processes and workflows to raise efficiency and foster continuous improvement in IT Operations and other business areas. This role also offers an exciting opportunity for someone eager to promote a culture of knowledge sharing by acting as a champion for MS productivity tools by seeking innovative ways to use MS Office and AI tools to enhance productivity, and sharing practical tips and guides to empower internal users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Operations - the management an outsourced IT vendor for IT Infra and Helpdesk support of 150+ users across 8 countries.
  • Design and development of automated processes & workflows to improve IT Operation and other business areas tasks/ reports using MS Power Platform apps.
  • Assist Technology Manager – Business Application in data analysis/ reporting tasks using Power BI.
  • Identifying and generating practical tips/ guides on MS Office apps – to share technical knowledge to non-technical internal users.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Min 1-2 years working experience as IT Operations officer providing end user support in the MS 365 environment.
  • Proven work experience as a designer and developer of workflows automation (using the MS Power Platform is a plus)
  • Understanding of the MS 365 cybersecurity solution set including Entra ID, Intune, Defender (good to have)
