Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with daily tasks and projects. This role will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support.

Job Description

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate coordination.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle general HR administrative duties and documentation.
  • Help organize HR events, training sessions, and engagement activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Working experience in the Retail industry is preferred.

Skills

  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Working Conditions

  • Available to start work on an immediate basis / short notice
  • Average working days will be 4 - 5 days per week (Monday to Friday, Office hours)
  • Availability to commit at least 3 - 6 months internship period
