As we expand our presence, we are seeking an experienced Government & Institutional Business Development Manager to drive business growth by engaging with government agencies and related institutions across Singapore and the Asia region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Business Development:• Actively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with government agencies and related institutions.
• Integrity & Trust:• Build and maintain strong, ethical, and long-term relationships with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and professionalism in all dealings.
• Tender & Procurement Management:• Lead the tendering process, including preparing and submitting bids, ensuring compliance, and managing the full tender lifecycle.
• Market Insights & Strategy:• Stay updated on government procurement trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:• Work closely with internal teams (sales, Technical and Maintenance) to align business strategies with government needs.
• Developed multi-channel outreach strategies• : including digital marketing, events, and direct outreach—to engage public sector stakeholders. Established and managed partnerships with external stakeholders, including government bodies and industry organizations
• Revenue Growth:• Drive sales and meet revenue targets by securing government-related contracts and projects.
• Problem Resolution:• Address and resolve challenges, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction in government-related projects.
• Positive Energy & Leadership:• Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence.Oversaw marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and compliance with procurement guidelines.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management• within government agencies, related institutions, or industry organizations.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements• in both government and institutional sectors.
• Hands-on experience in tender preparation, submission, and contract management• .
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills• for engaging stakeholders at various levels.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently• with integrity and professionalism.
