about the job

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle for various roles across different departments, including engineering, product development, sales, marketing, operations, and more.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and company culture to ensure recruitment efforts align with business goals.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach).
  • Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and track key recruitment metrics.
  • Manage candidate experience from the initial contact to offer stage, ensuring timely and clear communication.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership on talent acquisition strategies, including employer branding and diversity initiatives.
  • Stay current with industry trends, hiring practices, and tools to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience even if they're not selected for a role.
  • Assist in managing the onboarding process for new hires.
skills and experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, ideally in technology or engineering-driven industries.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools (LinkedIn, ATS, etc.) and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
