We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Specialist to support the Sales Manager in daily operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of the sales team, helping to execute sales processes efficiently and effectively. As you develop a deeper understanding of the industry and market, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and manage customer relationships independently when ready.
What You’re Going to Do:
- Nurture strong customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and coordinate necessary resources to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Track financial results, mill updates, and monitor customer credit limits and payables to maintain smooth operations.
- Assist the Account Manager in closing supply agreements, managing inventory related to agreements, and tracking customer performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales initiatives.
- Assist in sales data analysis and report generation to support key decision-making.
- Represent Suzano at sales events, exhibitions, and promotions, driving visibility and strengthening market presence.
What We Expect from You:
- College degree or above in Economics, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Fluent in spoken Mandarin.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and sensitivity to numbers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
