We are currently looking for an admin assistant to join the team.
Reponsibilities:
Perform clerical / administrative duties, typing, filing, data entry.
Handling correspondence (emails, phone calls, and mail)
Maintaining office records and filing systems
Managing office supplies and inventory
Assisting in document preparation
Any Other Ad-Hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ’O’ Level
New Grads welcome too!
Proficient in MS Office
Team Player / Good Communication Skills / Able to start work immediately or shortnotice (Preferably)
