Responsibilities:

Reporting to the CIO, you will lead the strategy and development of a new critical operations product that will transform service coordination and operational efficiency across the organisation. This platform will be instrumental in optimizing workflows, enabling seamless collaboration, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

In this role, you will shape the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with broader organizational and industry objectives. You will oversee entire product lifecycle, balancing innovation with practical impact, and drive stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth adoption. Leading the product team, you will manage change, champion user-centric design, and ensuring alignment with business goals and budget.

Requirements:

Degree qualified, you come with minimum 10 years of experience in project management or product ownership, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. You have strong expertise in product management, lifecycle development, and execution, with a proven track record of successful large-scale implementations. As a strategic leader, you bring a collaborative approach to driving innovation and ensuring operational excellence.
