- Cross-coach application scientists.
- Knowledge and recent hands-on experience with TEM are required.
- 5 years of experience in a relevant position within the research environment with recent experience using TEM.
- Strong interest in aberration-corrected TEM would be a plus.
- Knowledge of advanced technology diagnostics as well as troubleshooting techniques, operational optimization, and experience of analytical equipment.
- Proven track record to work well with cross-functional and cross-cultural diverse teams.
- 5 years of demonstrated ability in a relevant position within the research environment with recent experience using TEM.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills tailored for a diverse audience are critical for this position.
- Excellent customer interfacing skills a must.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Asia-Pacific region (up to 60%).
- Self-managing skills in remote environment.
- Teaching/coaching skills.
- Skills to grasp possible learning opportunities through everyday work.
