Key Responsibilities:

1. Front Desk & Customer Service:

  • Greet and assist visitors, customers and guests professionally.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments/ personnel.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Maintain reception supplies inventory and reorder as needed.
  • Assist with basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning and document preparation.
  • Administrate, coordinate and track shipments, deliveries and equipment movement.
  • Provide support in scheduling and dispatching orders.
  • Maintain records of delivery orders, scan and e-upload to relevant systems.
  • Arrange for meeting rooms and assist in setting up meetings.
  • Ensure guests are provided with necessary amenities.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping or maintenance teams for front office upkeep.
