Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee back-office functions, including FP&A, HRGA, Legal, and IT, providing leadership and aligning them with business goals.
- Drive financial planning and analysis, manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L perforetrmance, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with regional teams and headquarters to ensure effective communication, strategy alignment, and reporting accuracy.
- Monitor inventory, orders, and store performance from a financial perspective, and manage risk, audits, and compliance.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring professional development and alignment with company values.
Requirements
- Over 8 years of experience in FP&A, including at least 3 years in team management.
- Proven expertise in back-office management, financial reporting, and strategic planning in retail industries (fashion, apparel, or cosmetics preferred).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
