Responsibilities
- Discuss with clients to define clear scope, requirements and deliverables.
- Responsible to meet contractual obligations and clients’ expectations.
- Manage projects & ensure within budget and on schedule.
- Ensure delivery of services that meet customer satisfaction, and meet/exceed the Service Level Agreement.
- Strategise, Plan & Implement a smooth running operation in a shared delivery organization, including streamlining business operations.
- Organize, delegate, and leverage resources to accomplish the business objectives.
- Coordinate and interact with different team to overachieve all delivery objectives.
- Identify the service improvement opportunity along with cost optimization and improvement in resource productivity.
- Build and strengthen the team’s capabilities and upskilling toward latest technologies.
- Responsible on managing resource, team retention, motivation and training.
- Regular reporting to Management on status.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- More than 10 years of relevant working experience in SAP projects.
- Ability to communicate verbally in (and basic familiarity with written) mandarin/chinese highly desired (to liaise with offices and clients in China, Hong-Kong and Taiwan).
- Track record or experience in consulting environment highly desired.
- Project Management experience (preferably as Project Manager) in at least 2-3 end-to-end implementation cycles in mid-to-large scale projects highly desired.
- Good cross-functional experience.
- Excellent understanding of SAP modules and their integration points.
- Good communication(written and oral), presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with clients’ management of all levels.
- Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
- Possess a flexible & detail-oriented attitude.
- Ability to travel to clients’ locations (out of Singapore) when required.
- Ability to work under pressure.
